Ryan came out and gave me an estimate for house wash and gutter cleaning at 9 am.I accepted the estimate and by 11 o’clock the crew was at my home ready to start.Lucas and Russell were not only professional and detailed on the service and communication …but they did a fantastic and thorough job. Brian and Lucas did an awesome job. The whole process is easy, they give you multiple options to bundle services together to save on individual prices, or you can just pick one or two things you need done. I had them out to do a siding wash and had them do the back patio as well. I wish I would have taken photos from before, because the before and after difference is stunning. The house looks great, and the siding looks almost new even though it’s probably 20 years old. Most importantly, it’s mold-free now. Great work! Will definitely have them out again!

The young man was very friendly and polite. He even took a tennis ball out of the gutter that had been there for quite a while and was stuck in the down spout. He let me know when they started and also when he was done.

We had our entire house power washed, windows cleaned, pool deck & side walk power washed, and our gutters cleaned and treated with a cleaner that had them looking new again. The TSS team of Marcus, Andrew & Russell were polite, prompt, professional, extremely thorough and took their time ensuring the job was done perfect. If you have any need for a total home cleaning I couldn’t recommend Total Softwash Solutions enough.The quote was very fair and completively priced. They also offer financing which helped me schedule them sooner than later.The level of communication was also appreciated. I received reminder texts the day before and day of the job. I also received a text confirming arrival which was helpful.TSS did an outstanding job. Today 9/7/23 Andrew and his associate softwashed the vinyl siding on my 1 and 1/2 story, 92 yr old house. They also cleaned the exterior of all 14 windows. The workers were very courteous, explained things thoroughly, including parts of storm windows that were not properly alligned, and took their time to do the job right. On my inspection of the work, Andrew pointed out things such as some punctures in the siding by my driveway that I knew about. But it was good those things were taken into account. The overall job is excellent!!! The siding is VERY clean and the windows sparkle! Thank you Total Softwash Solutions. This is the second time I've used your family business and will again, as well as recommend you to family, neighbors and friends!
