Arrived on the scheduled day. Green algae on vinyl siding is gone. Most of the mold (~85% of the mold on our white gutters, 2nd floor eaves, and trim is gone). All cob webs on eaves are gone. Two story house. Total wash time was about 40 minutes tops. A few stains remained above garage door on white trim where the washing agent / water drained down from the vinyl above. Just needed to wipe it away before it stained the trim. Good job guys.

They provided great work! I had my gutters cleaned and Total Softwash Solutions did an awesome job. They provided before and after pictures. They were friendly, quick and provided great communication. And most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves!!!

For the most part I am happy with the power washing done on our home. The job doesn't seem that thorough though and how could it when they spent less than an hour? My main issue however is that all the windows have some sort of residue on them now that even the rain hasn’t washed off. It seems like it wouldn’t be too hard to include some sort of rinse for windows that would remove whatever solutions they used. But overall I’m happy with the job.

My husband and I are extremely happy with everything about Total Softwash Solutions. The pricing was more than fair and they were very easy to work with when we had to reschedule on a couple occasions. The quality of their work is excellent! Brian cleaned the exterior of our home including the exterior windows along with our driveway. My husband said he went above and beyond and was a true professional. The process was easy and the bid was fair and complete. The work was above my expectations as I thought it might need another pass but did not. We have hardie board and their system was soft but did the job. They also did a couple areas not part for the original bid was really needed. Will use them again.

I highly recommend Total Soft Wash. They came out to pressure wash our home and the results are absolutely amazing. The entire exterior, from the siding to the porches looks brand new. The 2 young men were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Great communication from the crew at our home, and the pricing was very fair with no hidden fees. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing their home washed!

Disappointed at the service because everyone was super nice and friendly. They had a lot of great reviews too. I scheduled to get my gutters cleaned they came maybe spent 30 maybe 40mins just blowing debris away. No debris was picked up and bagged as said just blown into the grass. A lot of debris was left on our patio and backyard. I was told the gutters would get a rinse down but I didn’t see any water coming out of the gutters. For $320 I didn’t get the service I expected. I was better off finding a neighbor or young adult that would do the same job they did for $100.Edit: Received a call for the unsatisfied service and apologized for my disappointment in the cleaning. Ended up credited me back some of the money I was charged for the service which was nice of them and I appreciated.

The two young men did a great job! They even helped me move a large empty deck box from my patio to my garage. They did a very nice job washing my back patio, driveway, and sidewalk and then sealing everything afterwards.Even though they forgot to do the front porch, I would still have them back in the future.Some areas on my back patio were fragile and flaking and they told me that they would use the soft wash on those areas so It wouldn't flake anymore. I appreciated their forethought! Thanks, guys!
