Total Softwash Solutions did a great job at a reasonable price and they did it exactly when we needed it. We didn't give them much notice at all and they came through. Chris was polite, friendly, and thorough. I believe he did a great job on our house that had not been power washed since the new siding and deck went on 5 years ago, so there was lots of mold on the shady areas. One thing I was not prepared for was the cleaning solution drying on the windows. When I pointed out a particular window he immediately rinsed it off. After things dried I could see there are other windows with residue. I was not plain on washing windows, but I guess I am! Overall we are very satisfied and would use their services again.
