This was a great experience. Jorden came out and gave me quotes on work I requested (house wash, detached garage wash, and deck cleaning). He also gave me quotes on add'l work (concrete cleaning/sealing) if I wanted. The prices were very good. I had them clean my sidewalk and front porch, and apply a glossy sealer.Brian and Trenton came out the next day to perform the work. Since there was a chance of rain, they were going to do what they could. It only sprinkled and they did everything except the sealer. I did a review of their work, saw a spot or two that they missed, and they got those done immediately.All three guys were professional and treated my property with respect. These guys did in a few hours what would have taken me a couple of weeks to do. I will be calling them in the future.

Wow!! Day and night difference! They were recommended by my realtor and at first I was a little skeptical on what kind of a difference it would make on the appearance of my house for our Open House. They fit me in on short notice and they had a TEAM of individuals working so well together to get my BIG job completed. Team of two (Ryan and Brandon) arrived as scheduled and began working immediately in spite of the rain. They methodically went around the house and deck and totally brought them back to their original look. They also discovered a few issues on the roof and gutters that needed to be taken care of that could not be seen earlier. The interior windows were completed on day 2 outstandingly by Brian and Shannon. Both team members were on time and worked efficiently as did the previous day's team. I recently purchased an older craftsman style home. I’m not sure it was ever power washed! It was covered in layers of dust, pollen , grime and there was mold /mildew on the back siding. Lucas and Russell from Total Power Washing came out and power washed the entire house. Cleaned the outside windows, porches and sidewalk.
