The guys did great! Completely cleaned siding that hadn't been done in years. Some places very high, no problem! Gutters cleaned beyond expectations. Had windows done as well, they use a brush and scrub, and turned out great. Highly recommend!

Brian and his team did an AMAZING job this morning on my house and deck! They showed up when scheduled/promised and everything they touched looks pristine. This was the first time in probably 5 years I had my exterior cleaned and so it was pretty dirty/greenish. I am so happy I went with this company - would definitely use them again. When calling - ask for Brian & company to do YOUR job!I thought the price was fair and not crazy like so many other services these days. Highly recommend this company.

This is the second year I've used Total Softwash for my Christmas lights and I couldn't be happier! They are always on time, professional, courteous, and take pride in their work. This was a great experience. Jorden came out and gave me quotes on work I requested (house wash, detached garage wash, and deck cleaning). He also gave me quotes on add'l work (concrete cleaning/sealing) if I wanted. The prices were very good. I had them clean my sidewalk and front porch, and apply a glossy sealer.Brian and Trenton came out the next day to perform the work. Since there was a chance of rain, they were going to do what they could. It only sprinkled and they did everything except the sealer. I did a review of their work, saw a spot or two that they missed, and they got those done immediately.All three guys were professional and treated my property with respect. These guys did in a few hours what would have taken me a couple of weeks to do. I will be calling them in the future.

Wow!! Day and night difference! They were recommended by my realtor and at first I was a little skeptical on what kind of a difference it would make on the appearance of my house for our Open House. They fit me in on short notice and they had a TEAM of individuals working so well together to get my BIG job completed. They helped me when I hadn’t moved everything out of the way and made recommendations during the job that when I saw the difference it made on other areas I went ahead and had done!! Marcus bid the job very fairly and answered all my questions beforehand. Kudos to this business they got it figured out… CUSTOMER service!

And I am going to say a little thank you here to Shanna. You even rearranged my table and chairs so much better than I had them. so thank you for that. This was after she had cleaned off my patio. I hope I have the right phone number because you're in my phone and you'll be called anytime I need any of this to be cleaned up. You did it so quickly and it looks really great thank you is not enough but that's what I have. And Brian, I can’t believe how clean the front and sides of my house are the front was full of bug stuff like both of you get and the sides had more black mold stuff than I knew And now it’s all gone. Team of two (Ryan and Brandon) arrived as scheduled and began working immediately in spite of the rain. They methodically went around the house and deck and totally brought them back to their original look. They also discovered a few issues on the roof and gutters that needed to be taken care of that could not be seen earlier. The interior windows were completed on day 2 outstandingly by Brian and Shannon. Both team members were on time and worked efficiently as did the previous day's team. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Brian and Shannon did a fantastic job on our windows! We have a wall of two story windows with an arch that goes above at the back of our house. They cleaned inside and outside of all of our windows and they look awesome!! They also cleaned all the trim. I love how clean everything looks. They were very professional but also very personable. I recently purchased an older craftsman style home. I’m not sure it was ever power washed! It was covered in layers of dust, pollen , grime and there was mold /mildew on the back siding. Lucas and Russell from Total Power Washing came out and power washed the entire house. Cleaned the outside windows, porches and sidewalk. The porch and sidewalk look amazing and my neighbours comment on how bright the siding looks. They kept me informed and were so polite. I hope to have that crew back to my house again maybe for my interior windows. Thanks so much…I’m enjoying my clean bright porch now!!!

Had the siding, roof, and windows done. They all look fantastic. Everything looks like new - can’t tell there’s even glass in the windows and the roof went from black and dingy with moss on parts to clean and original grey color.
