Total Softwash Solutions did a great job at a reasonable price and they did it exactly when we needed it. We didn't give them much notice at all and they came through. We have not used them in the past. However, as real estate agents, we will be using them again and strongly recommend them. The home, patio and fencing look great and we cannot wait to get this home on the market.

Chris was polite, friendly, and thorough. I believe he did a great job on our house that had not been power washed since the new siding and deck went on 5 years ago, so there was lots of mold on the shady areas. One thing I was not prepared for was the cleaning solution drying on the windows. When I pointed out a particular window he immediately rinsed it off. After things dried I could see there are other windows with residue. I was not plain on washing windows, but I guess I am! Overall we are very satisfied and would use their services again.

Did excellent work c but they missed 4 spots, otherwise I would’ve gave them 5 stars. The debris that was washed off the siding landed on the Coach light fixtures on the sides of the garage door, missed a mud dobbers nest on the front of the house in a corner and some debris on the soffit in front of the house
