Total Softwash Solutions did a great job at a reasonable price and they did it exactly when we needed it. We didn't give them much notice at all and they came through. We have not used them in the past. However, as real estate agents, we will be using them again and strongly recommend them. The home, patio and fencing look great and we cannot wait to get this home on the market.

They were able to put up Christmas lights before Thanksgiving like we wanted. They accommodated our red and green color request without an extra charge, sent a professional estimate and communicated well with their timing.We love how it looked this year!!!

Technicians were very polite and efficient. Arrived within the time frame that the text stated. It’s great to be able to count on quick/efficient service. They aren’t taking all of your day to clean your gutters and they can do the service without you being in your home. This is the second time I’ve had them service my home and I can’t complain.

The crew that installed our Christmas lights did an exceptional job. Professional, efficient and the communication was spot on. Kind polite young men. It was a pleasure doing business with this team. I would personally recommend this company and team. Oh by the way, we have used them to power was our house. Give them a chance for that as well. These guys are great!!!

The two person team that cleaned our driveway and sidewalks were efficient and conscientious. From time posted my need to completion was less than 4 days, only due to me setting it up on a Friday. They showed up and were done in a flash, getting all the dirt and stains off my driveway. Looked brand new. Definitely looking forward to continuing to use them in the future.

Chris was polite, friendly, and thorough. I believe he did a great job on our house that had not been power washed since the new siding and deck went on 5 years ago, so there was lots of mold on the shady areas. One thing I was not prepared for was the cleaning solution drying on the windows. When I pointed out a particular window he immediately rinsed it off. After things dried I could see there are other windows with residue. I was not plain on washing windows, but I guess I am! Overall we are very satisfied and would use their services again.

Did excellent work c but they missed 4 spots, otherwise I would’ve gave them 5 stars. The debris that was washed off the siding landed on the Coach light fixtures on the sides of the garage door, missed a mud dobbers nest on the front of the house in a corner and some debris on the soffit in front of the house

The Total Softwash team did an outstanding job with the cleaning of our house. Bryer and his team did a great job. The siding, gutters and fascia look brand new. They were extremely thorough and took great care of the house, the result were better than expected. I would recommend calling Total Softwash if you need the exterior of your house cleaned.
