Did the work as estimated. Cleaned gutters and left the debris in the grass rather than bagging. Not a big deal.

The workers did a Good job. The only downside was they told me they would be back to finish. As they were going to let it dry. I was walking on my driveway within the hour because I was waiting for them to come back. My neighbor said no they told her they were finished so I walked on my concrete soon after completion and I hope that didn’t disturb the finish?.

My experience with Pinks Window has been incredible . First, Bryan came out to my house and walked it before giving me a personalized bid versus other companies looking at Google earth and quote over the phone .Tristin ,the technician did a great job and spent extra time to make sure the job was done well .I noticed two screens had been accidentally left outside by window in back that was oversight .I called and Bryan himself came out and took care of that and then noticed on sliding door that there hard water stains on door that hadn't come clean. He went to a nearby store bought supplies and now the door looks incredible !!Pinks and Bryan and his staff have earned my business and i will spread the word that they go the extra mile for their customers

I didn't know the "early booking" discount would mean my lights would go up the first week of September! Thought it was a discount for "paying" early, but at least they are done... the neighbors just called me a "hoosier"!

Tanner was absolutely great, as he was very courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable, to task and extremely professional. Unfortunately, he arrived at our job without plastic to cover all of our flowers and shrubs, so he had to request some others workers to bring him some, although he left to go get some tarps to serve that purpose, as well. Teshan(sp) arrived later to help Tanner and he was also a good worker. The only downfall of the project was that we were told Tanner would arrive at 11:00 a.m., which was earlier than the 12:00 p.m. scheduled time, so I then cancelled my 12:00 p.m. appointment to be back home at 11:00 a.m. to meet Tanner. However, Tanner did not arrive until 12:45 p.m. to start to work on Power Washing our Retaining Walls. The service that Tanner provided was excellent, and we could not be any happier with the end-result. Thank you!
