I have 2 different Star ratings.Wil deserves these 5 stars. Wil did the washing on our house and did an excellent job. He even took the time to go back over part of the house I thought needed extra attention.1 Star rating for the service from what I was told and what actually happened. I was very disappointed in the pricing and getting the job done in two days when I was told it would be done in one day. I agreed to the price I was quoted before you came out the first time. However, I ended up taking off work for 2 days to accommodate this washing. The first day I took off, Wil was taken off the job before it was done. He was told by his supervisor to leave the job unfinished. Why was the other job site more important to get done than mine? I had called the office to see if there would be a bit more discount since I had to take off work ANOTHER day. A supervisor was supposed to call me back. Next thing, I get a text they are coming out again on a Thursday. There was no call back from a supervisor. Why??? Then I notice my credit card has been charged with no additional discount. Seems like there is no communication once you agree to having them come out.

The two gentleman that came to my house were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They had me do a walk around my house and shop after they finished in case there were areas that I would like them to touch up. I did find a few areas that I wanted for them to do a second pass and they had no problem doing that. They did excellent work and I felt very safe with them at my property. Easy experience with getting our exterior cleaned. Set up and estimate call was easy. Crew arrived on time and were efficient with the cleaning process. They were respectful of our exterior chairs and moved things further away than we had moved in the first place. We had the vinyl siding, brick front face, exterior windows and solar panels cleaned. If i could give Total Softwash 10 Stars I would, My home exterior had several years of built up mold and dirt, that i couldn't get to due to disability, It was so bad the City sent me a warning to get it cleaned up. So i knew i needed a highly professional company to clean it. Total Softwash spent hours cleaning every nook and cranny even using ladders to access my Deck, When they were done the house was Beaming Bright. I might add, that we noticed when they finished they drove two doors down and started working on my neighbors house, I think they noticed their great work on my home, and called in to hire them. I found the cost for their service very reasonable. and they offered me discounted prices for more work such as windows.Hire them !!!! you won't be disappointed,

Joshua and Christian came to the house and did a great job on the exterior windows. They look great. Joshua was polite and considerate of my floors as he did have to come in and remove screens from second floor windows. There were 2 small hiccups with that, though. He removed his shoes, but at the end of the job, even his socks were wet, so shoe covers would’ve helped that. The second was some of the windows were not closed fully and locked as they were originally after he put the screens back. My real score is 4.8 stars! I would likely use again for other cleaning.

I almost forgot to leave a 5-star review after the job these guys did. My HOA threw a fit over me and several of my neighbors siding that had mildew and mold pretty bad, called these guys and now it looks brand new—it looks like brand new siding, and even smelled brand new for about a week. Good price I felt and service was pretty impressive too. No BS with these guys, they got straight to it, hustled through the job and even showed their appreciation for my business by sending me a thank you card.
