Jared and Austin completed a soft wash cleaning on the whole experior of my home, the 20 x 20 screened-in porch and backyard shed. They were very friendly and professional and explained everything they would be doing. A few hours after they left, I realized that some of my outdoor electronics were not working. I called the company to let them know; the woman on the phone was very professional. She arranged to have Marcus come out the following morning. Marcus showed up at 7 am, as promised and fixed the outdoor lights. Marcus was very positive, professional, confident, and capable. I have 2 different Star ratings.Wil deserves these 5 stars. Wil did the washing on our house and did an excellent job. He even took the time to go back over part of the house I thought needed extra attention.1 Star rating for the service from what I was told and what actually happened. I was very disappointed in the pricing and getting the job done in two days when I was told it would be done in one day. I agreed to the price I was quoted before you came out the first time. However, I ended up taking off work for 2 days to accommodate this washing. The first day I took off, Wil was taken off the job before it was done. He was told by his supervisor to leave the job unfinished. Why was the other job site more important to get done than mine? I had called the office to see if there would be a bit more discount since I had to take off work ANOTHER day. A supervisor was supposed to call me back. Next thing, I get a text they are coming out again on a Thursday. There was no call back from a supervisor. Why??? Then I notice my credit card has been charged with no additional discount. Seems like there is no communication once you agree to having them come out.
